It counts four luminous parts. The kitchen/living room is good size, it has three windows. The two bedrooms (each has a window and wall cupboard), the living room and the corridor have a whole covering ground out of wooden varnished. The bathroom is medium in size (covering ceramic floor), there are new washbasin, cabinets, bath and shower. Furniture and house installations are recent. An exterior (backwards) escalator gives access to apartment. Terrace roof and parking are available for owners only. Quiet and respectful people will please and adapt to this calm environment. The apartment is located in basement of a duplex habited by the owners. The building is at two minutes (125 meters) of walk from the subway (on blue line, station University of Montreal). The expenses of heating, electricity, Internet high speed connection and TV installation are the responsibility of the owner. The apartment is furnished and equipped with useful domestic effects. Pieces of furniture and domestic effects provided for the duration of the hiring: 1. Electric household appliances: refrigerator, cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, can-opener, coffee machine. 2.
