Parking is found on the street and one side of the street has no restrictions. You are located near the Centre Vidéotron, near the St-François d’Assise hospital centre, near several parks and just a few streets from the St-Charles River, the Anse-à-Cartier park, the Lairet park, and near the Cartier-Bréboeuf national historical site. The Place Jean-Béliveau and the Place de la Famille are also close by. For groceries you have Provigo on one side of the street and  Maxi on the other. Walmart and Alimentation Escompte Impact will allow you to easily find all you need. You are a few minutes by foot from the Cégep de Limoilou.
And lastly, highway A973 and Wilfrid-Hamel boulevard will grant you quick and easy access to the rest of the city. The public transit system stops at the end of the street and the bicycle paths are a great way to enjoy staying in shape.
