 If you are looking for a way to help the millions of afghan refugees, here are some links to humanitarian organizations that have an aide program :

• Oxfam Canada, you will find information on the situation of refugees and on making donations by phone. You can also make a donation directly online.

• Canadian Red Cross, the site contains information on the refugees as well as on the victims of the attack on New York. Online donations are accepted.

• Doctors without borders, "is launching an emergency appeal to respond to the looming refugee crisis in Afghanistan and neighbouring countries." Online donations are also accepted.
