The Long Haul

A nonprofit artist-run organisation dedicated to facilitating the production of art by its members by providing affordable and quality workspaces in a supportive and secure environment. With 18 studios housing 25 artists The Long Haul occupies 8000 square feet of an industrial building in Parc Extension. It is a hive for creation. We mount group shows of our own work, and host open studio events and the events of outside cultural organisations and individual artists. By offering artists a creative space to work out of and to exhibit from, we create a stimulating community of artists, which in turn stimulates the local community and economy.
